There is a fully functioning kitchen, and large area with tables to gather around to fellowship. (Pictured below.)
Camp sites at Vesper Hills
There are electric sites for campers to hook up to. There is currently two travel trailers that are hooked up to the electric outlets, one is the Pastor's personal camper and the other is available for any who wish to camp (contact the pastor about the camper/trailer if you are interested in using the facilities for a weekend get-away.). There are no water or sewer hook-ups. However, there are showers in the restrooms/bathhouse near the lodge, between the lodge and bunkhouse. There is also an area for the young people to play. (Pictured below.)
Vesper Hills Bunk House
The bunk house has one to two beds per room, there are five rooms available. There is also a large gathering room. (Pictured below.)

Rental Rates:
1 Day $75.00
2nd Day and there-after $50.00 per day
A day constitutes one 24-hour period (9 AM – 9 AM the following day).
Rental Deposit: $100.00 (To be returned if property is clean and free of damage and keys are returned the next office day.)
Note: The rental deposit and fee for the period requested must accompany this signed registration, no later than 7 days prior to intended use, to make the agreement valid. All fees will be returned if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to dates shown above. Dependent upon circumstances a fee of $25.00 will be charged for less notice. Violating the rules of this agreement (below) could constitute forfeiture of deposit and any cost incurred for repairs or other cost.
Keys: Arrangements need to be made for pick-up of keys through Church office located at, 261 East Main Street, Newark OH between the hours of 9 AM and 12 PM Thursday or Friday. The keys should be returned following the dates of rental during office hours. A copy of the Vesper Hills Rules and Regulations is below and is considered a part of this agreement with said rules governing the rental and use thereof.

Rental Rules and Regulations
- This facility is a Christian Church property. Please behave accordingly. God is watching.
- The fees are based upon normal cleaning following the use and not on maintenance or replacement.
- The parking lot is beside the small shed; please use this area for parking. Do not drive on the grassy areas not intended for parking.
- Any illegal activity will be cause for immediate removal.
- Use of alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited.
- Hunting or trapping prohibited.
- The property (i.e. house, barn and garage) to the left of the entrance are private property and considered off limits. Please respect the privacy of all adjacent property owners.
- All buildings and furnishings may be used and enjoyed. Please be sure to leave these items in the same condition as they were found
- All trees, shrubs, and flowers are to be left in the same condition as found.
- Refuse containers are furnished. If containers are marked for recycling please use these containers accordingly and make sure they are left covered. Please remove any refuse – this is your responsibility.
- Make sure all water faucets, lights and electric stove are turned off before departure.
- Please close and lock all doors upon departure.
- Liability:
- Signer and any member of group agree to accept premises as is when signing agreement.
- Signer further agrees to assume liability for their own actions and the actions of others that may cause any injury, disability or death to anyone while on the premises during the term of this rental agreement period.
- Signer also agrees to be liable for any damage to buildings or premises caused by their negligence.
